- Marcel Fundora has dedicated his efforts for years to creating a distinctive signature in fine art painting. His artwork finds a source of inspiration in the versatility, endurance that illustrates his life as an inmigrant, but also the nostalgy for the unlimited and plentiful moment when art is forged itself by the artist. Nevertheless, it is through endurance that his artistic inspiration grows stronger and more mature. Marcel graduated from Roberto Diago Art School in Cuba, with a major in Fine Art Painting. During the early years of his career he taught painting for two years at variuos national art centers oriented to encourage vocational students. He participated in several art exhibitions in Cuba before he migrated to the United States of America in 1999. Marcel Fundora has continued to find space for his artistic creations amidts the requirements of his life as a professional in the dental field, where he practices as both a dental technician and a dental hygienist. He continues to participate in art competitions througout the country and producing his artwork at what he considers the most important stage of his artistic career by far.
